You will guide strategy, schedule, procurement, and execution while coordinating multiple project teams and maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant construction and project management experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 10+ years of commercial construction management experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing project management personnel.
• Strong experience with project financial management, contracts, scheduling, risk management, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for complex projects and multiple project teams from early planning through closeout.
• Participate in early project strategy and preconstruction, including budgeting, scheduling, constructability, procurement, scope development, and execution planning.
• Provide direction to project teams, helping them anticipate challenges and maintain project performance.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff.
• Oversee project financial performance, schedules, contracts, risk, quality, and client satisfaction.
