Liberty is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Newark, OH to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll coordinate field operations, manage crews, and drive projects to completion with financial discipline and high quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and client management skills, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with self-perform operations preferred.
• Proven track record leading projects from planning to closeout.
• Strong business sense with ability to manage profitability and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.
• Lead project teams through all phases of planning, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness and professionalism.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and ensure timely decision-making.
• Review monthly requisitions and ensure accuracy before processing.
• Process all change orders on requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
• Review labor, material, and equipment components for accuracy and proper organization.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
