Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of the construction project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects, for alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress using project management software such as Microsoft Project, updating schedules and documentation.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review status and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project administration tasks, including procurement coordination, invoicing, and resource allocation.
