Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in disaster restoration, construction, or insurance preferred.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand customer base and hit targets.
• Build referral networks with insurers, plumbers, contractors, property managers, and real estate professionals.
• Generate leads and close new business through networking, appointments, and events.
• Promote Endurant's services including water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and biohazard cleanup.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform strategy.
• Represent Endurant at trade shows and community events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM and produce progress reports.
