Endurant Disaster Recovery, a rapidly growing disaster recovery and restoration company formed through strategic integrations with Parker Young, is seeking a Project Manager in North Little Rock, AR. You will oversee planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and architects, while keeping scope, schedule, and budgets aligned.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing construction projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of the construction project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
Monitor project progress using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
Manage project documentation, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular project meetings to review status and adjust plans.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Oversee procurement coordination, invoicing, and resource allocation.
