Job summary

Maycroft Construction in the Central region seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will visit sites, liaise with clients and subcontractors, implement project controls and documentation, and drive projects to successful on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Excellent communication and proactive organisation skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, calm under pressure and able to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, planning and team coordination.
• Plan and schedule projects using project management tools.
• Visit sites, monitor progress and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Implement and manage project systems and documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
