Job summary

Chesapeake Contracting Group in Baltimore, MD seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality as defined by the contract. You will direct project teams, coordinate with Site Superintendent and Senior Project Manager, run meetings, monitor records, and oversee procurement, subcontracts, and Procore setup.

The role includes closeout management, stakeholder communications, and monthly owner billings; compensation ranges from $90,000 to $140,000

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all activities to complete the project safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project teams and provide administrative and technical leadership for the project.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and monitor project records and correspondence.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and Procore setup including budgets and commitments.
• Organize resources to meet deadlines and monitor progress with metrics (e.g., percent complete).
• Lead OAC meetings with project team and stakeholders and manage monthly owner billings.
• Oversee project closeout, punch list, substantial completion and O&M."
