Job summary

A&E Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the entire construction management process for assigned projects. You will lead project teams, coordinate with owners, designers, and construction staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proven track record in delivering projects from planning through completion. Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and BIM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office and BIM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Budget and schedule management.
• Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
• Maintain relationships with owners, design and construction teams.
