Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. You will lead teams, manage budgets, monitor site progress, and ensure quality while complying with regulations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred), proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.

• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications and construction means and methods.
• Possessing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus.
