Job summary

Hourigan is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to drive complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while delivering a superior owner experience.

The role requires 5–7 years of general contracting experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of scheduling tools such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam. LEED experience is a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5-7 years of general contracting experience
• Experience with LEED certifications is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience with scheduling software (Textura, Procore, Bluebeam) preferred
• Previous experience managing employees preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Superintendent and project team.
• Own project finances and internal financial reporting.
• Organize, understand, and maintain up-to-date contract documents.
• Prepare the project construction schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent and required subcontractor input.
• Coordinate the intent and implementation of the final project budget in conjunction with procurement.
• Review and approve all subcontracts.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly Owner Applications for payment.
• Oversee RFI process and change orders as needed.
• Manage safety and quality control on site.
• Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with Hourigan’s mission.
