Harris invites a Construction Project Manager Intern for Summer 2027 to turn classroom lessons into real-life construction skills. You will assist on projects from pre-job through closeout, gaining hands-on experience across estimating, setup, contracts, permits, safety, purchasing, submittals and RFIs.

You'll develop math and analytical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and teamwork as you contribute to project tracking, change orders and closeout documentation, with mentorship across

Your role as a Construction Project Manager Intern

Our mission is to provide college students with on the job experience and knowledge of the construction process. As a Project Manager intern you will be given hands on opportunities to turn classroom lessons into real life skills in the construction industry.

Throughout the internship, you will have expose to all aspects of a project, start to finish, including the following:

Pre-Job:

• Job Setup
• Job contracts
• Permits and insurance certificates

During Construction:

• Safety
• Purchasing
• Submittals
• Tracking materials & equipment
• Productivity tracking
• Change orders and tracking
• RFIs

Job Closeout:

• Project closeout O&M manuals
• As-recording drawings and warranties

Pay Range:

$16.51 - $24.77
