Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. in West Virginia is seeking a Civil Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate construction activities for large industrial projects, from data centers to power facilities.

Based in Point Pleasant, you will lead Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen to meet schedule, budget and safety standards. You will initiate liaison with the prime client, set work plans, allocate resources, review proposals, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE is not required but a strong plus.
• 5+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and field coordination meetings.
• Manage project budgets and profit/loss.
• Coordinate with prime client and governmental agencies.
• Ensure safety and schedule adherence.
