Job summary

Red Rock Recruiters seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead self-perform teams and regional projects across Central WA, Eastern WA, and adjacent areas. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and coordination with subs and clients from pre-construction to closeout.

The role emphasizes multi-project leadership, limited travel, and strong client-facing capabilities, with compensation in the $145k–$165k+ range plus benefits.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required; DoD requirement.
• 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in F&B, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Data Center construction preferred.
• Experience leading PM teams and self-perform crews.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems: Vista Viewpoint, Procore, MS Project, Spectrum.
• Calm, rational demeanor with a strong will to learn.

Responsibilities

• Regional project oversight across WA and OR.
• Manage multiple projects or one larger project.
• Chair weekly owner meetings and distribute minutes.
• Prepare and issue project forecasts and budgets.
• Track hours, schedules and budgets.
• Issue owner billings and approve invoices in Spectrum.
• Initiate RFQs, change requests and vendor approvals.
• Manage subcontracts and major purchase orders.
• Handle RFIs, submittals and procurement logs.
• Develop site safety plans with Safety and Field.
• Coordinate estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting and QA.
• Foster open communication and define team roles.

About The Opportunity – Construction Project Manager

This requires strong, experienced, multi-faceted project management professionals.

As our newest regional Project Manager you'll lead self-perform teams (concrete, structural steel, millwright, etc), subs, and projects. You will drive / monitor daily onsite activity, safety, and success. You'll manage goals / timelines / budgets / projects, while leading your client and project management team from pre-construction to closeout. Best of all, the work is geographically focused so travel and "time away" is limited.

You'll bring your passion and experience in manufacturing, industrial, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Mission Critical, or Data Center construction. This role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects with support from your project team, Project Superintendent, and corporate.

What You'll Do:

• Regional project oversight: Central & Eastern WA, Northern OR, Western ID
• Capacity to manage multiple smaller projects, or one larger one.
• Chair Weekly Owner Meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Prepare and issue the project financial forecasts
• Track project hours and budgets
• Prepare and issue the project schedules
• Prepare and issue the project budget (New Job Info Sheet)
• Prepare and issue the Owner billings
• Signature approval of all project related and miscellaneous invoices (in Spectrum)
• Initiate all project related vendor Requests for Proposal
• Initiate all project related Change Requests
• Initiate all project related Owner Vendor Approval Release letters
• Initiate all project related Vendor subcontracts and major purchase orders
• Initiate all project related Vendor Modifications
• Process all project related RFI’s, submittals and substitution requests, and the preparation of the procurement and expediting logs
• Work with Safety and Field to develop Site Specific Safety Plans
• Direct responsibility for all aspects of the pre-construction & construction project
• Coordinate and own the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction and quality assurance activities
• Build an open communication atmosphere
• Develop “project goals” with team member involvement, define and manage team member roles and responsibilities
• Review pre-contracts to meet project schedule and needs, ensure consistency between scope of work, drawings, and estimate
