Job summary

ISEC in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management direction for multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and satisfying customers.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Installation, and the on-site Construction Manager, review priorities with Project Engineer, manage billings, change orders, and cost reports while maintaining Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0 - 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing and Installation on priorities to meet budget and schedule.
• Attend Purchasing update meetings and manage Vendor Contracts, Bond and Insurance Certificates.
• Expedite, review, and provide Quality Control on shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings until payment is received.
• Price and process change order proposals; coordinate with Estimating.
• Update Cost to Complete Reports weekly and set up cost projections.
• Read, understand and follow master operating agreements with vendors and dealer agreements.
• Promote ISEC and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, owners and architects.
• Coordinate with in-house Logistics regarding long-haul deliveries.
