Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Six years of related experience minimum.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of construction law and standard business practices.
• Experience in commercial construction, renewable energy, EPC contracting, or emerging tech is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, project software, and web applications at an intermediate level.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects.
• Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and schedules.
• Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections.
• Allocate project estimates into financial systems, determine cost codes, approve invoices.
• Provide financials and billings to accounting, create monthly owner billings.
• Manage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and trade partner selections.
• Handle billings, contract management, and change orders.
• Manage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers; approve timecards and provide feedback.
