Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is assisting an established commercial construction company in Arlington Heights, IL to find a Construction Project Manager. You will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating schedules, costs, scopes, and changes with Estimating, Operations, and clients.

The role is primarily office-based with occasional site travel and the option to work from home one day per week once settled.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects including renovation/remodeling or ground-up construction.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost management, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, blueprints, plans, specs, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with Estimating during bidding and preconstruction.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontractors and various construction disciplines.
• Coordinate permitting requirements with project teams.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project costs and evaluate impact of revisions and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, clients, owners, site personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, contracts, and change order information.
