Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager for banking-industry commercial projects in Milford, OH. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with estimators, operations, subcontractors, clients, and owners.

Travel 2–3 days per month; after settling in, one day per week may be work-from-home. 3+ years in commercial/retail construction, ground-up experience, and proficiency with Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial/retail construction
• Project management experience required
• Ground-up construction experience required
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans, schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days a month

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, blueprints, plans and specs
• Collaborate with Estimating during bidding and preconstruction
• Develop scopes of work for subcontractors
• Coordinate permitting with project team
• Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage costs, revisions, and change orders
• Travel to project sites and meet with owners as necessary
