Job summary

LI Group is seeking a Construction/Project Manager to support the Construction department through the full project lifecycle. You will track progress, communicate with clients and field teams, handle escalations, and help drive project success.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, managing purchasing and subcontractors, developing schedules, and ensuring code compliance. A flexible schedule with one remote day per week is provided as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Construction Management, Project Management or related field required.
• Knowledge in construction field, fixture installs and/or rollout work is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in contracts, blueprints, and related software applications highly preferred.
• Experience communicating with municipalities building and inspections department preferred.
• Problem solving and prioritization abilities to focus on core deliverables to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PM to establish project objectives.
• Manage project documentation (permits, licenses, submittals, RFIs, workplans, change orders, COI, W-9, etc).
• Managing purchasing of materials, subcontractors, and equipment rentals.
• Plan, organize, and direct construction activities to achieve project objectives.
• Familiarity with plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Develop a construction schedule with project deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage installers, check in’s and QA for deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress to PM and executives.
• Attend internal and external meetings and support other departments when needed.
