Construction Project Manager - High End Residential

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of a project while maintaining a strong presence on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Estimate costs, track expenses, and proactively manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design requirements
• Provide consistent project updates to clients, including progress reports and site documentation
• Identify and resolve issues related to delays, materials, or site conditions in a timely and professional manner
• Manage changes in project scope and adjust schedules and budgets accordingly
• Oversee the submittal and approval process between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team
