Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple ground-up residential projects, coordinating design, procurement, and construction through Procore. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury or high-end residential construction, strong subcontractor management, budgeting, and scheduling skills, and fluency with BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background in ground-up custom, luxury, or high-end residential construction preferred.
  • Strong subcontractor management, bidding, buyout, and procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of project budgets, cost control, and construction scheduling.
  • Procore or comparable construction management software experience required.
  • Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings.
  • Experience working with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or model-based construction workflows preferred.
  • Strong Excel and scheduling software proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active residential projects and assigned trade scopes.
  • Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, scope development, and procurement.
  • Coordinate trade sequencing, manpower, inspections, materials, and lead times.
  • Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestones.
  • Track budgets, commitments, cost-to-complete, variances, and change impacts.
  • Work closely with field leadership to identify and resolve schedule and construction issues.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, drawings, and project documentation through Procore.
  • Lead project coordination meetings and hold subcontractors accountable to commitments.
  • Identify constructability, cost, and schedule risks early and develop solutions.
  • Support consistent quality standards while minimizing rework and schedule delays.

Summary

A growing design-build construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of ground-up, residential projects.

This is an opportunity to join a modern, technology-driven builder that brings design, construction, and project management together under one team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple active projects, with a strong focus on subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
