Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 3 years or more of related work experience preferred.
• Other technical experience such as military, public service, on the job training programs may meet this requirement as determined by local management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project or assist senior management on projects, including field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, budgets, safety, and compliance.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules; establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and company staff.
• Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule; manage budgets and financial targets.
