Job summary

Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in our Omaha area operations. The role requires leading project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all contract documents and safety regulations.

You will maintain strong client relationships, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and drive profitability while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management for multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Manage staff, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, budgets, and safety.
• Develop schedules and purchasing strategies; monitor progress and costs.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate project reports and timely billings.
• Promote safety culture and lead by example.
