Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for a project or assist senior management on projects.
• Manage a field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and legal compliance.
• Maintain relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and staff.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
• Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost control.
• Provide required project billings and reports.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in developing new business.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
