Talently in the United States is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse ground-up and healthcare, retail, hospitality projects on-site. You will coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in construction, a track record of managing commercial and healthcare builds, and strong skills in scheduling, contracts, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in all construction phases including preconstruction.
• Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, estimating, change management, and project controls.
• Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong safety and quality standards knowledge.
• Committed team player focused on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from bidding through closeout.
• Lead project teams including superintendents, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, clients, architects, consultants, and community partners.
• Evaluate bids, pricing, schedules, and estimates at various levels.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage owner contracts and documentation.
• Build and manage project schedules to maintain progress and performance.
• Lead progress meetings, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, and change orders.
• Oversee safety, quality control, billing, cost management, and documentation.
