Job summary

LeoForce in Naperville, IL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercial projects across retail, office, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll own budgets, schedules, carve out scopes, and manage client relationships with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner-facing contact throughout the project

• Lead RFI and submittal processes, change order negotiation, and cost reporting
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule and quality
• Uphold and model the firm’s safety standards on every project
