Job summary

Superior Construction seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of heavy civil construction projects. You will assist with coordination, resource management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, monitoring progress and budget, maintaining documentation, and participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of industry tenure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Significant field-based project execution experience.
• Progressive field-based leadership roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies.
• Manage project performance and provide leadership and support.
• Develop project teams and cultivate talent.
• Monitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Full project P&L responsibility.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices.
• Manage planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Support divisional pursuits and growth strategies.
