You will manage master schedules, track budgets, handle RFIs and change orders, ensure quality, and maintain strong owner/architect relationships from start to finish.

This role requires a hands-on leader able to drive projects on time and within budget, with a focus on safety

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction projects from start to finish using internal pre-planning guides and develops a Master Project Schedule updated monthly
• Manages contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, with owners and architects, ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid invoices
• Checks shop drawings for accuracy and compliance, ensures timely delivery per contract schedule, and communicates issues to management
• Ensures work delivered meets quality standards per plans and specifications
• Passes drug screen, physical, and criminal background checks for successful candidates
