The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, coordination with field teams, and proactive identification of risks to keep projects moving smoothly. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management support preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is integrated into job planning and execution; promote accountability among staff and subcontractors.
• Assist in front-end planning, mobilization, and documentation per specifications.
• Support project scheduling and procurement; review submittals and invoices as needed.
• Maintain communication with Owner/Engineer and project team; attend progress meetings.
• Track cost reports, manage project documentation, and assist with progress payments.
