Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Construction PM and estimating experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF handling.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, teams, schedules, and priorities.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to monitor budgets, job costs, schedules, and financial performance.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and coordination with field personnel, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective project plans and schedules, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Conduct pre-construction site visits and prepare work packages.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and close out construction projects.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, and contractors across phases.
• Attend meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Track budgets, schedules, and costs to meet targets and forecast profitability.
• Manage procurement, equipment, and field resources for projects.
• Review drawings for compliance with specs and regulations.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
