ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an engineering background to lead construction projects from start to finish. You will manage estimates, schedules, quality control, and progress reporting while collaborating with owners and design teams.

A strong GPA and prior internship experience are valued, with opportunities for post-grad full-time employment. You will drive value engineering, oversee subcontractor buyouts, and lead on-site meetings to ensure project success

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Open to full-time opportunity post grad.
• Construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and review scope.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, identify cost-saving ideas, and provide value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
