Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of healthcare, aviation, life sciences and other complex commercial construction projects across Central Indiana. You will manage 1-2 projects, serve as primary client contact, and drive budgeting and schedules to ensure success.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing budgets and project costs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project financial performance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners.
• Monitor schedules, project progress, and overall project success.
• Support projects ranging from $5M to $80M+.
