Job summary

25 Design LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead entertainment-projects from due diligence to opening. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and local contractors, manage budgets, schedules, and permits, and drive on-site execution for leased venues.

The role requires traveling to project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Based in South Ogden, Utah, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial tenant improvements/facilities.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience sourcing and managing general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and installers.
• Knowledge of construction documents, contracts, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from site evaluation through opening, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and milestone schedules; coordinate site surveys and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants; manage bids, contracts, and negotiations.
• Lead meetings, resolve field conflicts, RFIs, submittals, and schedule delays.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals are secured; manage closeout documentation.
