Key Responsibilities

• Support daily project operations, including RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and design partners
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting
• Conduct site visits and field inspections, ensuring quality and compliance
• Collaborate closely with senior project leadership to deliver large, high‑visibility projects
• Build technical expertise and leadership skills for future advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of construction experience, ideally in project engineering or related roles
• Demonstrated experience on projects valued $50M+
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
