The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly motivated, and comfortable with overnight travel every few weeks. This role requires proven leadership in managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Evaluate and manage risks to mitigate project challenges effectively.

Profile

• Construction Expertise - Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Experience with light Industrial/ Manufacturing projects
• Project Scheduling - Skilled in tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and CPM techniques.
• Cost & Budget Control - Proficient in estimating, cost management, and earned value analysis.
• Contract Administration - Experienced with industrial contracts (FIDIC, NEC, EPC), claims, and risk allocation.
• Quality & Safety Compliance - Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other safety/quality standards.
• Risk Management - Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Crisis Resolution - Capable of handling unexpected issues such as safety incidents or supply chain disruptions.
• BIM Proficiency - Familiar with 3D modeling tools like Revit and Navisworks.
• Project Management Software - Comfortable using platforms like Procore and Primavera.
