Job summary

WCI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial construction projects. You will deliver safe, high-quality results, manage budgets, schedules, permits, and stakeholder communications, and lead contract administration and procurement efforts.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction/Engineering/Architecture with 3–5 years in general contracting, plus OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR credentials. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction/Engineering/Architecture.
• 3-5 years of related General Contracting experience in government/commercial.
• Current OSHA 30, 1st Aid and CPR credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from origination through closeout.
• Lead buyout, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and administration.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules.
• Obtain and track all required permits and approvals.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawing revisions, and contract document changes.
• Track long-lead items and coordinate timely procurement.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage change orders, including cost and schedule impacts.
• Conduct and document project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and submit monthly owner invoices.
• Manage substantial completion and project closeout documentation.
