Job summary

DC BLOX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center construction projects. You will lead planning, procurement, and site coordination to meet schedules, budgets, and design intent, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong organization, leadership, and communication to manage diverse teams and keep priorities on track. Experience with Procore/Kahua is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale multimillion-dollar projects.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, cost management, and means/methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays proactively.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all job sites.
• Collaborate with procurement to secure materials and equipment in line with timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and execution efficiency.
