Job summary

DC BLOCK in Georgia is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center construction, ensuring schedules, budgets, and design intent are met.

You will lead planning, procurement, site coordination, and safety compliance, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients, and you will manage contracts, RFIs, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling software, and financial management.
• Data center construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Kahua, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays in a proactive manner.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all job sites.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to secure materials and equipment in line with project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and execution efficiency.
