Qualifications

• Experience with project management and accounting software.
• Knowledge of owner contract negotiations and related risk.
• Proven track record of holding subcontractors and project teams accountable.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality and construction issues.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and securing timely permits.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage project financials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall construction and closeout phases of the project.
• Develop and implement the construction schedule with the project team.
• Review cost reports against budget and communicate variances to management.
• Lead monthly PTM reporting and project meetings.
• Coordinate procurement and project buyout processes.
