Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall construction and closeout phases.
• Develop and implement construction schedule with the project team.
• Review cost reports against budget and propose solutions.
• Lead monthly PTM reporting to management.
• Conduct project meetings and closeout processes.
• Coordinate with on‑site team for plan/spec reviews.
• Manage procurement and buyout processes.
