Responsibilities

• Lead and direct MEP work on projects from design through completion.
• Ensure MEP systems comply with codes, regs, and budgets.
• Provide leadership to MEP teams, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and scheduling for MEP scopes.
• Negotiate pricing and changes with contractors and equipment manufacturers.
