Job summary
ARCO National Holdings in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager to drive project performance and profitability from day one. You will lead planning, estimating, scheduling, and quality control while coordinating with owners and design teams to develop concept drawings and value engineering ideas.
The role requires 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience, a BS in Engineering or related field, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- 2–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities
- Manage project performance and profitability from day one.
- Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
- Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
- Review scope with owner, discuss value engineering and cost reduction ideas.
- Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
- Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure safety and progress.
