ARCO National Holdings in Orlando, FL is seeking an entry-level Project Manager passionate about the construction process. You will be responsible for project performance and profit from day one, working closely with owners and the design team to drive successful outcomes.

This role offers hands-on learning across estimating, scheduling, quality control, and coordination, with a strong focus on delivering value and meeting client expectations while growing with a private, design-build leader.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• 0–5 years' construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with designers and owners.
• Lead proposal meetings to discuss scope, costs, and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Ensure quality by evaluating processes and meeting client expectations.
