ARCO National Holdings is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. Applicants should be engineering students entering a full-time role after graduation and demonstrate strong budgeting, scheduling and client coordination skills.

The position offers exposure to design-review, value engineering, and buyout processes, with a focus on delivering quality and meeting client expectations within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reports.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout processes and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
• Make decisions under deadlines.
• Plan and organize multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes.
• Incorporate customer input to improve and meet expectations.
