Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing construction projects for a general contractor from conception to completion.
• Design-build experience across commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate document control and close-out documents, including as-built drawings.
• Create and monitor a detailed master project schedule with progress reports.
• Lead or participate in responses to RFPs and site investigations.
