Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the overall management of assigned projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while strengthening client relationships and the company’s image.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and design documents for risk and conformity, maintaining document control, coordinating with the superintendent, and producing detailed project schedules with timely reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field with experience managing GC projects.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completed on time, within budget, and safety standards.
• Review contracts, design documents and submittals for compliance and risk.
• Maintain proper document control and close-out documents (as-builts).
• Coordinate with Superintendent to meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals.
• Create and monitor detailed master project schedules and provide timely reports.
• Lead responses to RFPs and site investigations; perform related duties.

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
