Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Strong organizational and collaborative work style.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze milestones to prevent schedule slips and report progress.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are properly applied.
• Produce formal status reports and other required documents.
• Monitor multiple projects and verify design standards are followed.
• Maintain interface with suppliers through regular trackers and reviews.
• Forecast milestones and budgets and manage design teams on-site.
• Provide technical support to owners and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs and support cost control and value engineering.
• Conduct independent reviews of submittals, timelines, and costs.
• Develop client relationships to maximize opportunities.
• Suggest strategic approaches to meet client and business objectives.
• Capture knowledge and drive process improvements.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
• On-site presence may vary based on client needs.
