Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager for residential new custom construction in Ashland, OH.

You will lead site operations, coordinate subs and clients, and oversee safety and scheduling through project completion. This role requires 5+ years in new construction, proven ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously, strong leadership, and excellent communication with owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably custom-home scattered lot building.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of leadership in New Construction.
• Strong leadership and communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate construction activities on site.

SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER - Residential New Custom Construction

Location: Ashland, OH

About the company:

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 60 offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to custom niche.

The Overview:

• This PM will be running projects and sub/client relationships for each home.
• Construction site management extending from sub-selection & contracts to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development and production.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in residential construction preferably in custom-home scattered lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Strong leadership ability and track-record for overall construction operations.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
