Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Project Manager to lead resources and coordinate all project documentation through the entire lifecycle. The role includes maintaining budget and schedule, and managing contractual requirements with trade partners and owners.

This position emphasizes risk management, quality, and thorough documentation, including logs, subcontracts, and purchase orders, to ensure profitable and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in Advanced Manufacturing Projects.
• Excellent business judgment and strong client/subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with owner, architects, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build relationships with clients and Suffolk project team members.
• Review contracts, budgets, schedules; plan for safety and mobilization.
