Job summary

Araina Group in Miami seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with owners, design teams and subs. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with a commercial GC, a track record of $20M+ projects in South Florida, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Track record delivering projects of $20M+ in South Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Our client is a well-established general contractor headquartered in Miami, with more than 25 years of experience delivering commercial, multifamily and mixed-use projects across South Florida. Known for its collaborative culture and strong relationships with repeat developers, the firm has built a reputation for quality, safety and on-time delivery. Following continued growth and a healthy pipeline into 2027 and beyond, our client is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its operations team.

The Projects

Our client’s portfolio spans a broad range of ground-up and renovation work, typically valued between $20M and $120M. Current and upcoming projects include:

• High-rise and mid-rise multifamily residential towers in Brickell and Edgewater
• Mixed-use developments combining retail, office and residential space
• Hospitality and boutique hotel projects across Miami Beach
• Tenant improvements and interior build-outs for Class A office space

Projects are delivered under a mix of GMP, negotiated and design-build contracts, with a strong focus on preconstruction involvement and long-term client partnerships.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the main point of contact for the owner, design team and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• A track record of delivering projects of $20M+ in South Florida
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
