Job summary

Nevell Group, Inc. (NGi) seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with field leadership, BIM/Design, safety, estimators, and owners to deliver on time, on budget, and per contract requirements.

You will manage project finances, schedule, procurement, and quality control, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in drywall, framing, ceilings, or interior systems preferred.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience with project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor management.
